On Sunday the Indie Craft Experience and Atlanta Craft Mafia hosted a release party here in Atlanta for Craft Magazine’s 6th issue.
We had the event at ParkGrounds coffee shop in Reynoldstown. ParkGrounds is a really cool coffee shop and even has a dog park out back.
We had a table full of supplies for everyone to create fun monsters and robots.
This table was full of crafters as soon as the event started and there were people sitting on the couches around it and at a little table by the window and even at a nearby counter.
We had a really big turn out and people just kept arriving so we eventually took over the other half of the coffee shop for crafting as well.
And then I noticed that even this back corner was full of crafters! I guess the neighborhood regulars hung out on the patio. Luckily, it was a beautiful day!
We had two lucky winners who received a boxed set of the first four issues of CRAFT magazine. They were super excited.
The day was full of lots of fun and awesome creations!
