This past week I spent a lot of time getting ready for the Indie Craft Experience: an internet final “apply to the show” blitz, designing the postcards and getting them printed, reviewing applications, creating email list of vendors, composing acceptance email and sending it out, creating rough draft of the participant list to hand out at the show, updating the website with the list of vendors including everyone’s website. Whew!
So this weekend, my plan is to be a little more selfish or self-focused and make a bunch of stuff to get ready for the upcoming holiday shows. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I’ll have something to show as a result of a lot of hard work. And if nothing else, hopefully it will be a lot of fun!
